GS Backlash Free Couplings
REACH GS coupling is ideal for use in applications that require precise positioning of drives. Despite its vibration-damping properties, this GS coupling is torsionally stiff, ensuring that precision isn't sacrificed even when using highly dynamic servo drives. Furthermore, it compensates for simultaneous axial, radial, angular installation deviations and compound mounting misalignments.
Our GS coupling has 4 different rigidities of elastomer differentiated by the colors, the materials range from soft to hard, based on different occasions. It is easy to choose the materials to meet the requirements torsional rigidity, vibration control etc. The prestress is determined by the type of the coupling and elastomer; The materials and inserting force during assembling are determined by the hardness of the elastomer and the prestress.
